Although we felt like a time has stopped and got lost in long tunnel, our world is changing everyday and moving forward.  And the transportation are now required to be safer and healthier than ever.  Tokyo Limousine Service is challenging to become your safest transportation choice and has released our guidelines during the Coronavirus.

Guidance for Drivers

WEAR MASK AND GLOVES 

Drivers wear surgical mask and gloves during the operation.  


CHECK TEMPERATURE AND HEALTH CONDITION

We take driver's temperature and check health condition before the operation.


WASH HANDS 

Drivers must wash hands before-after the operation, also keep the clean hands during the operation including waiting time.    

Guidance for Vehicles

PARTITION SCREEN / SHEET

Vehicles are installed a partition screen or sheet. 


HAND SANITIZER ON BOARD 

We put a hand sanitizer (spray, gel or wet tissue) inside the vehicle.


VENTILATE BY OPENING WINDOWS

Drivers open windows before-after-during (waiting time) the operation to ventilate inside vehicle. 

Of course, passenger(s) can close/open passengers window at their disposal during the service.  

Also the air conditionin will be set to extract.  


SANITIZE ALL THE TIME

Vehicles are sanitized before and after, every booking. 

Guidance for Passengers

FACE COVERING

We require passengers to cover their mouth and nose inside the vehicle by wearing a mask or face shield for the following cases : 


- Passengers are foreign residents

- During the state of emergency (regarding coronavirus)   


HAND SANITIZE BEFORE 

We require passengers to sanitize their hands by using on-board hand sanitizer.  


NO FRONT SEAT

During the coronavirus, we kindly ask passengers to sit only rear seat, not front seat (next to driver) .


KEEP LESS THAN 80% CAPACITY

We require passengers to keep less than 80% capacity inside vehicle, meaning we accept 3 guests maximum for 5 seaters sedan and 4 guests maximum for 6 seaters mini van. 


NO HIGH TEMPERATURE, NO COUGH  

We cannot provide chauffeur service for people who have symptoms of COVID-19 such as : high temperature, cough or sore throat. Also we can't accept If any one in their household are self-isolating due to coronavirus as well.


NO CASH PAYMENT TO DRIVER

During the coronavirus, we require passenger less-contact with driver. No shake hands, No hug, No cash payment including tips to driver are highly recommended.
